Application for Membership

The application will open in a new window or tab depending on the web browser you are using. The first entry box is for the applicant's name, from that point on you may use your TAB button to get to the next field or Shift TAB to return to the previous field. When you come to a check box you can use the left button on your mouse or your spacer bar to check the box. There are drop down boxes to answer some questions and there is a text area at the very bottom of the application, you may type free text in that box. You cannot send the application over the web due to the fact that it requires additional documentation and signatures when submitted to the Membership Committee. You may fill it out and then print it, it should print to 2 pages on most printers.
